What does “on-site manager” mean?
“On-site manager” means that our facility manager has an apartment located on the property for added security and convenience.
Do you have video cameras?
Yes! We like to keep an eye on our property at all times so we can better keep you and your belongings safe. We also make use of a controlled gate access system for added security.
What kind of security features do you offer?
Bullhead City Self Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature monitored video surveillance, a fenced and well-lit facility, and key-controlled gate entry.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common type of door in self storage. They are utilized by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward (similar to the motion of a garage door). Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Do I get a lock when I rent a storage unit?
No. For your own security and privacy, you will need to provide your own lock.
Who has access to my belongings?
Only you do, which is why we require you provide your own lock upon move-in.
What’s the difference between office hours and access hours?
Office hours occur when our office is open and an employee is on hand to assist you. Access hours extend beyond office hours and include all those hours during which you can access our facility and visit your storage unit.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give customers the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance.
What are the payment terms?
Bullhead City Self Storage is dedicated to making all aspects of your storage experience hassle free, including bill pay. You can pay in person with cash, check, or credit card, or you can use our online payment option.
Do I have to sign a contract or can I rent month-to-month?
Typically, our leases are month-to-month, but we also offer long-term leases.

What types of items are not allowed in my storage unit?
Hazardous, flammable, toxic, or illegal items should not be stored in a storage unit. Most facilities will not allow you to store inoperable vehicles in your storage space. Food is also not a good item to store in a storage unit as it can attract unwanted pests.
